Do you wake up feeling tired and with head, shoulder or neck pain?
Is your range of movement in the neck and upper back restricted?
What you should know:
The sensitive muscles around the atlas, in particular, are put under considerable strain by one-sided postural habits and can be responsible for problems such as head, shoulder, neck and back pain.
The wrong pillow can contribute to tension in the atlas muscles and disrupt the balance between support and freedom of movement in the neck and cervical region.
The patented multi-chamber system of our mySmile has been specially developed for the cervical spine and the muscles surrounding the atlas.
The mySmile is suitable for stomach, side and back sleepers.
