All our products are manufactured at our production facility in Lörrach, set amidst the beautiful natural landscape of the southern Black Forest.
We feel a deep connection to our home region; this is evident not only in our commitment as a partner of Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH, our environmentally friendly production processes – which include our own deep well, a water recycling plant and our own electricity supply – but also in the fact that we dedicate our collections specifically to our home region.

At OBB, sustainability is not just a trend, but is firmly embedded in our corporate philosophy. For generations, we have been committed to the responsible use of natural resources and have been continuously refining our production processes.
With our own deep well, a water recycling plant, our own energy generation and photovoltaic systems, we make conscious use of resources and are committed to manufacturing in the most environmentally friendly way possible right here at our site in Lörrach.
We also take responsibility when it comes to our products: through carefully selected, durable materials, high quality standards and a respectful approach to people, animals and the environment.

Top quality
To ensure the highest possible quality of our products, in addition to our skilled staff and the selection of first-class raw materials, all processes are checked by our quality assurance team.
From the incoming raw material inspection in our in-house laboratory, which is certified by the EDFA (European Down & Feather Association), right through to all subsequent production stages, which are managed by our state-of-the-art machinery across a production area of 17,000 square metres. It is only through this monitored process that we can guarantee the flawless manufacture of our products.
