Our "BIRTA" down duvet is filled with new, white Masurian goose down (100%), which is of the very highest quality.
Black Forest is our collection of the very finest luxury bedding. It combines the highest quality with the utmost comfort and elegant design. Our ‘BIRTA’ down duvet is filled with new, white Masurian goose down (100%), which represents the very pinnacle of down quality. Polish down is renowned above all for its excellent insulating properties and durability.
These qualities result from the optimal rearing conditions for the geese (minimum age, natural environment, feed) and mean that bedding filled with Polish down and feathers is considerably more durable than bedding made with down from other sources. The exceptionally soft and supple fine batiste (100% cotton) with aloe vera and Vital Finish perfectly complements the exquisite filling.
The quality of the down is measured by its fill power (CUIN). A value of 450 CUIN or above is considered good quality. The down used in our “BIRTA” duvets has a fill power of 850 CUIN. Our “BIRTA” range comprises 5 different warmth ratings, offering the perfect sleeping environment for all sleepers.
