  1. The retailer is granted permission to use the images and videos provided by OBB Oberbadische Bettfedernfabrik GmbH without exclusive rights of use.<\/li>\n
  2. The photos\/videos may not be resold or passed on.<\/li>\n
  3. The photos are provided for use as part of the company’s own advertising measures and publications (including websites and social media platforms).<\/li>\n
  4. The photos may only be used in connection with bedding from OBB Oberbadische Bettfedernfabrik GmbH and must contain the OBB logo.<\/li>\n
  5. Permission to use the photos has been granted by the persons pictured, and the photos are free of third-party rights.<\/li>\n
  6. The photos are provided free of charge.<\/li>\n
  7. The retailer has the option of having the images and videos individualized via Folk Media<\/a> e.K. Schulstra\u00dfe 42, 79540 L\u00f6rrach, for example by adding their own logo. Customization shall be at the retailer’s expense and may only be carried out by the aforementioned agency.<\/li>\n
  8. OBB Oberbadische Bettfedernfabrik may terminate the rights of use for the photo\/video material at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
